Refund and returns
At Seren Milano, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Certain categories such as intimate wear, accessories, discounted/sale items, and custom orders are non-returnable.
2. Process for Returns & Exchanges
- Initiate a Request: Contact our support team at [support@serenmilano.com] or via your Seren Milano account.
- Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange for courier pickup (where available) or request you to self-ship.
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected before approval.
- Exchange or Refund: After approval, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund as per your choice.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If your refund is delayed, first check with your bank or payment provider.
- If still unresolved, contact us at [support@serenmilano.com] and we’ll assist you immediately.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if not already shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; however, you may request a return after delivery.
