At Seren Milano, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.
1. Order Processing
- Processing time within India is 3–5 working days, and shipping takes an additional 6–10 working days, depending on your location.
- During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, or new launches), processing times may take longer.
- You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
For COD orders, our team may contact you via Mail, SMS, or WhatsApp for confirmation. Kindly confirm your order within 48 hours to ensure timely processing. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled automatically. - Once an order is shipped, address changes will not be accepted. Any RTO due to an incorrect address will incur shipping charges borne by the customer.
- In case of failed delivery due to customer reasons (incorrect address/unavailability), shipping and RTO charges will be deducted from the refund.

- We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery timelines are:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days - Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. International Shipping
- Currently, Seren Milano ships only within India.
- For international orders, please contact us at [connect@serenmilano.com] and we’ll assist you with special arrangements if possible.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can also track your order status directly on our website under “Track Order.”
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- If your order is delayed, please check tracking updates first.
- In case of failed delivery attempts, our courier partner will usually try again before returning the package.
- If returned to us, you may need to pay re-shipping charges.
7. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping details (address, pin code, phone number) are correct at checkout.
- Seren Milano is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
