  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Standard delivery timelines are:
    Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
    Other Locations: 5–8 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹10000.
  • Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, Seren Milano ships only within India.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • You can also track your order status directly on our website under “Track Order.”

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If your order is delayed, please check tracking updates first.
  • In case of failed delivery attempts, our courier partner will usually try again before returning the package.
  • If returned to us, you may need to pay re-shipping charges.
