Shipping Policy
At Seren Milano, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
- Standard processing time within India is approximately 3–5 working days.
- Once processed, shipping and delivery may take an additional 6–10 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
- During high-demand periods such as sales, festive seasons, promotional events, or new launches, processing and delivery timelines may be extended.
- Orders are dispatched only after passing internal quality checks (QC) and packaging verification procedures.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact customers via Email, SMS, Call, or WhatsApp for order confirmation.
- Customers are requested to confirm their order within 48 hours to ensure timely processing.
- Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
- Seren Milano reserves the right to cancel COD orders that appear suspicious, unverifiable, or repeatedly rejected in previous purchase history.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Please note:
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, operational issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Delivery timelines for remote or non-serviceable areas may be longer than usual.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
- Any applicable shipping or COD charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.
- In case of returns, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount for both prepaid and COD orders.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are requested to carefully verify their:
- Full shipping address
- PIN code
- Contact number
- Landmark details (if applicable)
- before placing the order.
Please note:
- Once an order is shipped, address modifications or changes may not be possible.
- Seren Milano shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable shipping information provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts, it will be treated as an RTO (Return to Origin) order.
6. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
An order will be considered an RTO (Return to Origin) order in cases including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept the package
- Non-confirmation of COD orders
- Failed delivery due to customer-related reasons
In such cases:
- Applicable shipping and RTO charges may be deducted from eligible refunds.
- If the customer wishes to have the order re-shipped, an additional shipping and handling fee of ₹200 must be paid in advance.
- Re-shipping will only be processed after successful payment of the applicable charges.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Seren Milano ships only within India. For international shipping inquiries, customers may contact us at: 📧 9119163930 or drop a mail at connect@serenmilano.com. We may assist with special arrangements wherever possible; however, international shipping availability is not guaranteed.
8. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.
- Customers can also track their order directly through the “Track Order” section available on our website.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect after shipment dispatch.
9. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- If your order is delayed, we request customers to first check the shipment tracking updates.
- Courier partners generally attempt delivery multiple times before marking an order as undelivered or returning it.
- Seren Milano shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- In case a shipment is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
10. Important Notes
- All products are securely packed and documented under packaging surveillance/recording for quality assurance purposes.
- Customers are advised to record an unpackaging/opening video immediately upon receiving the parcel for any claims related to damage, missing products, or incorrect items.
- Minor delays caused during festive seasons, sales periods, weather disruptions, or operational constraints are unavoidable and do not qualify for cancellations or compensation.
- Seren Milano reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy without prior notice.
